Counseling records are separate

Mental health counseling is provided through Kimba's practice at Apricity Counseling & Wellness. Clinical records, intake forms, informed consent, billing information, and any HIPAA-covered health information are handled by that practice and governed by their Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website.

Please do not send sensitive clinical information through the site

Website forms and email are not secure or HIPAA-compliant channels and are not monitored for emergencies. Please do not include detailed mental health history, diagnoses, medication information, or other sensitive clinical details in a form submission. Detailed intake and clinical communication happen through secure processes once we connect.

If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or 988. This website is not an emergency resource.

Children's privacy

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Counseling for minors is arranged by a parent or guardian through Apricity Counseling & Wellness.
