Counseling services are delivered through my practice at Apricity Counseling & Wellness, which handles clinical intake, consent, records, and billing. Personal training and nutrition coaching are separate, non-clinical services.

How I work.
My approach integrates my background in wellness with mental health training to support the whole person — not just symptoms. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-aware lens, drawing from systems theory, EMDR training, and IFS-informed practice.
